Born and bred in the UAE and building a career grounded in certifications, science, and hands-on client work, he has helped hundreds of individuals at every level build sustainable wellness habits.
His approach rejects the 30-day transformation promise and the crash-diet cycle. Instead, it is built around one principle: daily systems compound. What you do consistently over months and years is the only thing that matters. That is the WYBE philosophy.
Today, Mansoor offers online consultations to clients globally, delivers digital training plans for every fitness level, and provides exclusive in-person private training in the UAE. He is also writing 1825 Days, a complete nutrition guide for children from birth to five years.
